Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Foreshelf for Wix ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. The service

The App forecasts demand for your Wix Stores products from your sales and stock, suggests what and how much to reorder, lets you manage suppliers and purchase orders, adds received stock to your Wix inventory when you receive a purchase order, and can email you a daily stock alert. The App requires Wix Stores.

3. Forecasts are estimates

Forecasts and reorder suggestions are calculated from your past sales and the settings you enter. They are estimates, not guarantees. You decide what to order and remain responsible for your purchasing decisions.

4. Price

The App is currently free. If we ever introduce paid plans, they will be billed only through the Wix billing system, and we will announce the change in the App in advance.

5. Your responsibilities

• Keep the information you enter (lead times, costs, supplier details) accurate.
• Check purchase orders before sending them to suppliers.
• Do not use the App for anything illegal, interfere with its operation or security, or reverse engineer it.

6. Your data

You own your store data. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the App available and correct, but it is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change or improve features; we will not remove core functionality without notice in the App.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, stockouts, overstock or indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
