Privacy Policy

Foreshelf for Wix ("Foreshelf", "we", "us") forecasts stock and helps Wix Stores owners reorder. This policy explains what data the app handles when you install it on your Wix site ("the App").
What we collect
About your site — from Wix: your app instance ID, site name, published URL and site ID, the list of Wix apps installed on the site (to check that Wix Stores is installed), and the site owner's email address (to send stock alerts).
From your store:
- products and product options: names, SKUs, image URLs, prices and the cost you entered;
- stock quantities per inventory location;
- orders: for each order line we keep only the product option, quantity, refunded quantity and the order date, added up per day. We do not store your customers' names, addresses, emails, payment details or any other information about the people who buy from you.
What you create in the App: suppliers (name, email, lead time), per-product settings, purchase orders and receiving records, alert preferences and email addresses you add.
Technical data: server logs (request time, path, IP address, user agent) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
Only to run the App: calculate forecasts and reorder suggestions, show them in your dashboard, create purchase orders and their PDFs, add received stock to your Wix inventory when you receive a purchase order, send the daily stock alert email, and support you when you contact us.
What the App changes in your store
Foreshelf only writes to Wix when you click Receive on a purchase order: it increases the stock quantity of the received products. It never changes products, prices or orders.
Where it is stored
On our own servers (Vultr, United States), in a database used only by Foreshelf for Wix. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Stock alert emails are sent through Amazon SES. We access Wix only through Wix's official APIs, with the permissions you approve when installing the App.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data. We disclose it only if the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
- While the App is installed, we keep your data so forecasts and purchase orders work.
- When you uninstall, we stop reading your store. We keep your suppliers and purchase orders so that reinstalling restores them.
- To have everything deleted, email hello@ksentri.com from the address on your Wix account with your site URL. We delete it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@ksentri.com. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the App.
